everything is in order and the tenant is in compliance with the lease

- Heights Properties also offers a
bi-yearly inspection to insure we stay informed about
what is going on at the property
Accounting
- Collection of monthly rents
- Monthly statements and checks prepared
with management fee and maintenance deducted
- We send out statements when your rents
are paid
- End of year account summary statement for
assistance in tax preparation
- All expenses reviewed and paid on time
- Prior notification on major expenses and
repairs, if at all possible
Communication
- Monthly Statements / Communication
- Written bids sent for prior authorization
on improvements
- All phone calls returned promptly by our

Fees
- No hidden fees, everything explained up
